As reported by the media - French yacht Le Ponant hijacked by pirates in international waters Somali Gulf of Aden has been recovered (previous post). kidnappers demanded two million euro ransom for the release of 30sto person crew and release the boat. On 5-9 March the warm waters of the Caribbean , held on 28 edition St. Maarten Heineken Regatta. It is a celebration of all sailors, sponsored by Heineken brewery . The race may take part each, no matter what the boat is sufficient, efficient staff and good humor.W events are played during each race, and in the evening of concerts and fashion shows, generally dominated by beer and good fun:)

Today probably (99%) Tom Lewandowski from Ilawa completed its 391 days now lasting lone voyage around the world with east to west without a stop. Around noon time U.S. s / s vulnerability should reach back to the port of Ensenada in Mexico, where it embarked on this amazing adventure.
O cruise Tom and his dog Wacek I have written in previous posts;
